What are the Non-construction charges for possession plots in Bahria Orchard AFTER 3 YEARS of possesion?
This is for the charges levied by Bahria itself.I've heard they are pretty high around 5 lakh for 1 kanal.
How much for 10 marla? :h :h

Plz check with there office as its a new scheme so most of it anyways don't have possession or recent so not very sure.
But for new schemese Bahria has less charges so as to drive investors but check with office as after few years it might come to that stage. |

I sold a possession plot there and it turned out that the person that will apply for possession of the plot to start construction will pay those charges. My buyer tried to pursue me to pay those but those were not part of charges needed to transfer the plot hence i refused to pay as I was supposed to pay only which was required to transfer the plot. also the price of plot rose by about 7 to 8 lacs during biyana period hence buyer dint creat an issue as he knew i would gladly return his biyana |

What one of the gurus has said is that 3 year countdown period starts from the time Bahria gives the possession, whether someone applies for it or not does not matter.
Can any expert verify this? |
