....and the Commercial file of Phase 7 quietly goes to 270 (from 242) without any fan fare and in a single day.......while Rahbar Commercial continues to fall to 222. These were both priced similar a couple of weeks ago when I and many others on this forum predicted it to be a market anomaly which will be eventually corrected.
Sense and Sanity always prevails, in the end. If it hasn't prevailed yet then its not the end ;)

Shah Sahib, Phase 7 is in flight and people increased demands of residential plots by 10 lac just in 7 days, Still there are some plots for sale soon they will evaporate. |

I agree with you opinion that you posted a few days ago that in the next 3 years the only place within financial reach for making home would be phase 7 and some part of remining plots of phase 6 that havent gone over board in price (like in phase 5 currently).
Otherwise also there was a big gap between phase 6, 8 and 9 prices in comparison to 7 prices and market will continue to recitfy itself if the afore mentioned phases are to stablise at these levels or hrow any further. |
