When we see certain anomaly in market so many XYZ Factors and opinions influence so much that our eyes are blind Folded,
One of My friend wanted to buy one Kanal in Phase 7 , and was in deep touch with many so called experts [including me] .He is Currently in Lahore and Confirmed that there are more than 100 Houses under construction in DHA 7, 2 months back he was getting a plot in S Block in 115 Lac and did Not go for that today he is buying a bit inferior location in T Block in 130 Lac [He intend to complete transfer before Jne 30Th]. He called me in detail and was expressing his regret and foolish mistake that all basic factors were so obvious but he was blindfolded by so many fine details that he entirely missed the basic facts like complete development and possession.

different factors have different weights .. Basic factors should always be given more weights when comparing between two investments or deciding when to enter. |

I need your valuable advise .I have a plot in Q block 738 on 70 feet road .Should I hold it for 2 to 3 years for good increase.some dealers told me it has a max price 125 now and it will not increase in future better move to phase 9.
