butt sb,with due respect....it is the timing that matters a lot in entry/exit of a project....9-ext prices have reached their peak compared to prism file(only difference of 5 lac in 5 marla)....9 ext is bound to fall down in next year, whereas prism prices will increase....so just think after 1.5 years....prism 5m at 45 whereas 9 -ext 5 m at 20...at that time u may think of switching to 9 ext n get its 5 files from ur present 2 plots!till then just wait n keep on paying dc |
