Bahria Orchard off ground plots,

Hello.
I'm interested in 5 marla off ground plots C and D blocks in bahria orchard as they are around 30 - 33 LACS while considering on ground plots are above 40 LACS.

Please suggest whether it is a good buy for short term or not?

Prices have taken a paus in Orchard. Best time to buy.

Better to buy on ground plots. Off ground may give you better results at the cost of your sleep.

Go for C , D , J and southern 8 Marla.

Dear Kureshi Sb, Awaan Sb, HassanHC and others,

Please help me to guide for house building for my family after two years in Bahria Lahore.

I am little bit confuse to finalize my concern between Bahria Canal side and Bahria Orchard.

I think Bahria Orchard is more better choice regarding good approach and location after completion of LRR. Bahria Canal is also have good access with availability of all basic amunities.

I shall be highly greatful for your help to choose best one. Thanks

Would you be able to guide on minimum investment required for 5 Marla plot. Anything available on instalments and what is the current own situation?

There are no 5 Marla plots on installment . 8 Marla options are available in southern , D extension on installments.
