Bahria Canal or Bahria Orchard,

Dear Kureshi Sb, Awaan Sb, HassanHC and others,

Please help me to guide for house building for my family after two years in Bahria Lahore.

I am little bit confuse to finalize my concern between Bahria Canal side and Bahria Orchard.

I think Bahria Orchard is more better choice regarding good approach and location after completion of LRR. Bahria Canal is also have good access with availability of all basic amunities.

I shall be highly greatful for your help to choose best one. Thanks

If you are not very tight on budget and want to build home within 2 years , my vote is for Bahria town. It's because it is fully developed with all shops , hospital , beaconhouse and Bahria school, parlour / Saloon , restaurants operational club , and you will find good neigbours as well.

For investment purposes , Orchard is the best option.

Dear Ahsan sb,my vote is for Bahria orchard ,after two year there will be a lot of world class facilities and brands. LRR will be a great benefit for Orchard residents.NO doubt,Bahria canal is full of facilities at present,but Orchard has better positive points as LRR approch (bahria canal position is still unclear about LRR).Bahria orchard is not only better for residential purposes but also investment point of view.Here will be a great business hustle and bustle after two year as I used to say ,it is main Bahria Town Lhr now.Try to settle here ,it will provide you business opportunities as well.

Bahria orchard investment potential is substantial. Make house in phase 1. Lots of families living.
