Can CMY Sahib and brothers please guide me on below,
1) DHA Town 9 file 5 Marla = 44.25 lacs + its development charges = 9 lacs + uncertain location + unknown possession time
VS
Average to good possession plot in DHA town 9 = 55 lacs
Am I missing something in above, or files have gone expensive or possession plots have some issue, please elaborate.
2) I bought 1 5 Marla possession plot in DHA town 9 around 1.5 years back, I need some money and considering to sell it. Apart from commission, what taxes and other charges will be applicable on me as a seller.

Must sell your DHA Town file asap. Village in middle in next map so not worth the chance to go to ballot.

Dear CMY,
We would highly appreciate if you could explain further which village in which maps. Is there a new map for DHA Town except for block E. Are majority of the remaining 5 Marla files expected to be ballot in block E?
