Can CMY Sahib and brothers please guide me on below,
1) DHA Town 9 file 5 Marla = 44.25 lacs + its development charges = 9 lacs + uncertain location + unknown possession time
VS
Average to good possession plot in DHA town 9 = 55 lacs
Am I missing something in above, or files have gone expensive or possession plots have some issue, please elaborate.
2) I bought 1 5 Marla possession plot in DHA town 9 around 1.5 years back, I need some money and considering to sell it. Apart from commission, what taxes and other charges will be applicable on me as a seller.

Thank you Jameel Bhai for the reply, I think I haven't rightly put my queries. My first query is that price of DHA 9 town file and DHA 9 town possession plot is quite the same. Generally, file has no comparison with possession plot as you mentioned but then why price is similar. Is it that 9 town possession plots are underpriced, any improvement in near future? My 2nd query was that after the new budget if I sell my current 5 Marla possession plot in 9 town bought 1.5 years back, what CGT and other taxes etc shall apply on me as a seller. Thank you |

avg plot in Phase 9 = 37 + 9 D.C = 46 Avg in DHA 9 Town = 55 Only 9 lakh difference which is too less town is on ground and prism expected possession after 5 years, strange |
