DHA multan,

DHA multan has been updated on google maps and now the main boulevard can be seen. The area shown on google maps is significantly less compared to the 9,000 acres. Is it mistake by google maps or it represents the phase I?

You are looking at only expected DHA Multan phase 1 location map. Entire DHA Multan 9000 acres wont be developed in one go. It will be developed in future years just like DHA Lahore phase 1 to 9

Making the Gate and Small patch of Road plus carpeting it just an indication how sincere is DHA Mulatn to maintain file price high, and safe guarding the investors's Interest. other wise none of reputed society did so, Normal Course of action is map is given survey is done which almost Complete in 6 months to one year, Roads are Compacted and then Filling plus leveling is done, water and sewage network is laid and Finally Kacha roads roads are in last stage Carpeted roads are made.

Jameel bhai khul kar kah dien DHA Multan admin is more eager than holder to see DHA Multan prices higher :) Bachoo ko seedi baat samajh aa jiay gi.

No CMY, I mean admin have positive body language as much as in their Hand as you know not all things are in hand of developer.

Be assured that 98.5% is in hand and only 1.5% is left. Waite for few weeks and sustained higher price will clear the last hurdle then development is piece of cake

I am not sure that management is eager to increase rates or not.But one thing is I know that in this area,even new societies are launching not less than 80 lacs.

what is development standard of Buch Villas next to DHA Multan , one of my fried told me that 5 merla is just 25 Lac, if that is the case then Kanal should be about 70 to 80. From Google Planning looks super

Any comments on the matter whether the market can absorb such significant supply while maintaining or increasing price. The comparison with awards Town and Bucha Villas in terms of price comparison will make better sense if demand and supply of plots is also considered. Any assessment?

DHA Multan location is SUPERB without any doubt. This is the new multan where all the new societies are being developed. DHA Multan is hardly 0.5 km ahead of BZU university and also facing ISP university. So Largest public sector and Largest private sector universities of whole southern punjab are on foot steps of DHA Multan location.

If the google map marking is correct then I dont see any villages in there unlike DHA Lahore where civilians always face greater chances of getting village facing, factory facing of naala facing plots.

I hope its prices come down a little below 40 so I can get into Multan train.
