So hopefully there would be no new gain Tax on prisim 5 or 10 marla

As per my understanding, DC Rates are for filers only. For non-filers FBR will do the evaluation.

XYZ pls tell the source of News, that is good news for small investors, In other words small plots will further gain, Smaller plots give yo more gain and are easy to sell
