Keeping in view the constant price hike of Prism since last one and half year inspite of warings of correction number of times ....in my humble opinion soon Prism will be compared with Phase 8 leaving behind Phase 7.....comments are required

If prism is developed as DHA told on fast track basis and ring road is made sooner then in couple of years but not in short term. DHA 8 and 9 will compete but in few years time down the road. That does not mean phase 7 will not grow it will too. |

Siddoq if there is no ring road and if Bedian road stays like that then prism will be compared to present day town. But with ring road interchanges Lower blocks will become prime blocks and more central.

Also keep in mind town will increase if ibedian road t is widened and becomes 150 feet road. LDA has already sent proposal also planning of prism is way better then town in terms of green spaces amenities. Rest let's see how market perceives once accesses are visible on ground. |
