From DHA Multan to DHA Lahore Prism,

Dear experts CMY sb and Jameel sb,
My plan is to build a 10 marla house in DHA Lahore (preferably Prism) after 5-6 years. When do you think will be the right time to move from DHA Multan to Lahore so that I may need to added minimum possible amount for land?

Bro Maqsood,
I am also in the same boat. Keeping in view the rapid progress in terms of development and sincerity of DHA Multan Officials, one can say that phase-1 will be livable after 3-4 Years (Maximum) as the surrounding societies are in good living shape.

Since your objective is to stay in Lahore, I suggest to wait till multan balloting. In case you find good location plot, better to stay with DHA Multan and move to Phase-9 once it is nearing possession.

Its my humble thinking...Rest Allah is the Greatest Planner.

CMY, Kaisarani, Jameel, Kureshi, Kildir, Hassan HC are few of the best gurus at the moment to guide you wisely.

nobody will be able to build house in prism or dha multan in next 5 years. Opt for on map near possession developed plots for this purpose like town or phase 7 or 8
