In last 6 months DHA phase 9 Prices gained about 25% Average Location from 70+20= 90 reached 95+20 = 115, However gain was more in small Plots especially in J where price have gain about 70%
Now DHA 7 just in last 6 weeks have covered that Distance and price is still in going up and up,
No body is discussing that Phase 7 gain is unrealistic? Having Completed development and possession and about 100 Houses under construction every one thinks this gain is justified and will Continue, Actually in Upper Cutting Q,S,W and Upper portions of T and U You cant Find Plot less than 145, where are Plots in T and P Block in Average Locations are already 160+
Yesterday I posted may estimate about Phase 8 and 7 price comparison, Looks that 175 Mile stone for phase7 will not come in 2 years but will reach in 3,4 months

Respected forum members kindly note the fact with today's date and time that whenever phase eight gets possession then it will be almost game over for phase seven. Everyone will opt for phase eight to build their house instead seven. |

Prism is a much larger phase with a lot more availability and henceforth investors. This is probably why you hear about Prism more. Also it's still more affordable with lots of 5 and 10 Marla plots in the market compared to phase 7. Check the index on zameen.com to decide which dha phase has gained the most. |
