Respected forum members kindly note the fact that whenever phase 8 gets possession then it will be almost game over for phase 7. Everyone will opt for phase 8 to build their houses instead of phase 7 according to their budget.

Awais Looks in 2017 there in no chance any block will open for possession, Only small Portion of S Block looks ready. DHA phase 8 Different Blocks are in different phases of Development and Looks that Like Phase 7 if 1st Batch is delivered in 18 Months then 80% of Phase 8 will get in another 2 years.
I Got the possession in 1st Batch of Phase 7 and that was in April 2014. If we exclude new lower Cutting which is still developing then upper and middle cutting only 70% area could get possession till now.The way prices are increasing in Phase 7 Looks that in next 6 months prices will reach very close to Phase 8. |
