How would one compare IVY green with Prism.The prices of 1 kanal plot are not less than 1 crore.There is no development but prices are going up?
Is it wise GURUS to shift investment from Prism to Phase 8 Z block ie IVY GREEN.What about investment in Commercial 4 merela in upper blocks Z! Z2 Z6.Is it going to be more beneficial because price wise these 4 merla commercial plots are less than Prism .

No body is discussing IVY green, IVY green gained about 100% in just last 1.5 year especially in small plots , Friend of mine took a 10 M file in 33 Lac in April 2014,and Gained an average plot in Z6 now worth is 85, Just in 2 ys he is getting 2.5X

IVy green is a small sector and will be developed very fast. It was also advertised in Sunday Dawn which said Development will start from 15th of July, 2016. Hence it is very likely to gain even more in the coming few months.

To some ivy green prices looks high but looking at gains of phase 7 and high price of phase 8 Looks it will remain at par, at any given time there are only few plots for sale
