Similar gain was possible with Prism, One of my friend bought in H block for 68 three months back and current evaluation is 95.
Also three months back DHA Multan was around 31 and now 40 plus, similar gain was possible. 3 weeks back DHA Bahawalpur was selling at 22.5 no 28.5. There are many avenues of good investment but this boom will not be for ever. |

Adding to what M Zahid has said, pls invest carefully , if you r investing for medium/long term as i feel that some areas will see correction in 6 -12 months time, as the boom can't be forever. |

Ahmet Please to Know, you never indicated that you invested there, I Thought You were only holding in prism and DHA town, I guess you also invested in Park view Commercial file when you taking profit in that. |

@MrJameel I try to be very careful on giving tips as I don't want individuals to jump to decisions on some of my higher risk investments. I was of the view that dha rahbar ext was a good short term hold but it came with a risk so I didn't really share with many people about it. I sold Park View a long time ago. Invested in Karachi with it. |
