Making buying and selling decisions
For investment purposes, how does one ascertain when is the best time to bye or sell a plot or property?
In other words, to rotate the investments around some suggest that you should keep selling and buying on a regular basis. However, how can one know what is the best time to bye or sell? Should that depend on when you have targeted your next when a plot has reached its maximum value?

Dear Khalid It is very tricky Game When properties are gaining almost all are gaining up to some extent You need to be expert to identify which of your property has already gained unrealistic price and is there any other good area which is underpriced, You can exit and buy in underpriced area. But if you have no underpriced option in your mind then usually it is not good idea to sell as properties under limelight continue gaining. Once you switch this is your luck you may have to wait many years before it will Click, Like AWT was relatively under priced from 2005 to 2015 but only clicked in 2016. Many seasoned investors and dealers can undergo self deception. Elite advisers of the forum underestimated DHA phase 9 J Block initially but it is only investment which is nearing 100% return in one year, same is happening in phase 7 now which was named as dull investment. |

I dont think Prism is over priced yet with good locations 90 to 95. If these good locations move to 150+ in a year time that will be over pricing and should be sold immediately, or as of today if these reach 125+ that is over pricing. I am talking about good locations not best ones including development charges |
