Dear Jameel Muqhal Bahi,
I need your valuable advice .I have a plot in Q block 738 on 70 feet road .Should I hold it for 2 to 3 years for good increase. Some dealers told me it has a max price 125 now and it will not increase in future better move to phase 9. I always read your comments about Phase 7.Kindly advise me I am waiting for your reply. PLEASE .

Moving from 7 to anyother phase will not give you any better returns because 7 itself is also underpriced and have potential to gain.

With due respect to Prism 9 fans, prism will and should see some correction in the next 1-2 years(just my opinion, don't start bashing me:)

This is an average Location Upper cutting Parallel to DHA Raya But a Bit near Village and 70 feet road, I will Hold it, there few houses under construction very near your plot, wait for another 1 year, sure it will be 150.

sorry for late response the plot is average but still will give you quick gains, if 100 houses are under Construction then believe 200 are in process map etc, moment 500 houses are made you will see the price of phase 7. Just few months back builders have acquired plots at very low rates like 100 Lac and they are expert in making house in 100 lac, they will spend 2Cror and sell at min 3.5, By that time average plot will be 175.
People who sold the plots in Phase 7 in last one year after waiting so long did foolish mistake

I agree who ever sold any plot in Lahore last one year and parked the money in bank lost but who reinvested did not.
Any and every good coming society gained.
Even AWT, Suigas NFC Khyaban Valenica all gained which as such were not the first choice.
So I believe 7 should gain too as its also in Lahore and when every one is gaining then market trend is the same.. Any one who sold 7 and invested in Lahore in any good project did not loose as long as he invested in RAHBAR LAKE ORCHARD PRISM SUI GAS AWT IVY etc.
Now going forward PRISM LAKE ORCHARD RAHBAR are still good safe and projects to HOLD ON along with Phase 7 which is doing catch up and this is healthy. Once phase 7 gets this jump complete in next few weeks then it will also sit on the fence and get regular market based movements along with the above projects mentioned. |
