How would one compare IVY green with Prism.The prices of 1 kanal plot are not less than 1 crore.There is no development but prices are going up?
Is it wise GURUS to shift investment from Prism to Phase 8 Z block ie IVY GREEN.What about investment in Commercial 4 merela in upper blocks Z! Z2 Z6.Is it going to be more beneficial because price wise these 4 merla commercial plots are less than Prism .

My advice of you have in IVY stay there and if in prism stay there. Switching ok between as such will not matter much. Commercial ivy not very recommended as good gains happened. |
