Please Help,
If I haven't received payment plan from DHA for development charges in phase 9 and it's misplaced in post as I haven't received it, will DHA issue a new one as I have been told I will have to give an ad in newspaper etc etc, I have the original allotment letter which I collected from DHA OFFICE

I had same issue. Your letter of development charges woukd be back in your DHA file. Please visit DHA office with original allocation letter and NIC to get you letter. |

repayment plan is not important. get your payment bank challan from dha office by just telling you plot number. i got mine few days ago. nothing needed. |

This Letter is not Allotment letter or Ownership Letter, No one can sell or use this letter. All letters which are important are given in hand when you show your ID card, and sign in person in your File.
Ist letter at purchases even if Balloted or not called intimation letter or allocation is given in person.
After all development Charges finished and possession announced you get Allotment letter in person and after signature and you surrender previous letter.
Then possession letter also in person and after signature.
If you lose any of Above letter you will have to produce an affidavit and then get a duplicate letter in person after some long procedure.
The Letter for instructions to pay sent via courier is not that important if not delivered will go back your file, even if does not go back can be reprinted any time in DHA Office on same day without any formalities but need to go in person. Even any of your relative/friend who not have that letter but only Knows Plot and allocation File number. Reception of DHA office will immediately issue dues letter which you can pay in DHA office Banks, I went to DHA office due to different reason and recalled that i should pay installments of another plot as well. I had file and plot number saved in my Mobile I showed and they immediately Issues updated Callahan that you paid this much already and this much is due. |
