Nabeel Sahib, Depends Upon the Budget,
You are Right if I am short in Money I will go for that, also if i am Making home and resale is not intended
If I have Less money I will Go for these "Less Bad" Locations
1. Boundary with Some Reputed society Like Boundary of DHA and Sui gas is Not bad Though you get Cheaper.
2. Near or in front of Unplanned / reserved area after confirmation that there is no encroachment there, 80% it is taken by DHA But even if Not a good dwelling start there.
3 Facing sector shops or OHT people dont like but is not very Bad Location.
4 Facing commercial sometimes these areas are developed so nice that houses front of them look quite elegant look at Houses in front of Commercial plots in DHA Phase 6. All over the world Facing Commercial is Prime Location.
I will Avoid these areas
1. Near of at boundary with big graveyard, as people dont Construct Homes there easily and also security risk
2, Near big Village at Boundary of big Village and On Exit of Big village also security risk.
3 Facing nallah very near big nallah etc
Bottom line is go for compromised location only when you have decided to Make home, if resell is intended then I will go on prime location smaller plots than Kanal in bad Locations, 99% there will no issues but you cant convince market people are obsessive in making decisions. With more and more population Tag of bad location fades. |
