Congratulations this new development charges ground
reality again so in near future more gains now ppossible again. It also proves DHA very keen to develop Prism and Ivy Green asap.

CMY thanks for sharing, IVY green is already beyond my expectations, definitely will inch up even more now, Location wise I always thought it is almost same area as that of Phase 7 but now after DHA 7 price hike it will post more gains.

Experts, How does this translate to Commercial gain in Ivy Green in near future? I have a 4 marla file there, and was thinking to sell it after the latest market direction from CMY sb. Should I hold off on selling and wait for the balloting?

Ivy green is a small sector of Phase 8 and will be developed very fast, hence will be prone to market hikes in near future.

I would personally recommend phase 7 lower sector owners to shift to IVY green.
