State Life Phase 1 Extension......Sincer Advice Needed,

AOA Dear Experts..
Keeping in view the recent tremendous rise in real estate sector in Lahore it has become really difficult for small investors to make decision....At the moment almost all the options of investment in Lahore are very risky due to price hike.....I ve thoroughly researched and come to the conclusion that State life 1 Extension or 2 are very viable option due to its LOCATION AND PRICE....Although the Management is incompetent and really a drag on the scheme but I ve come to know that it is being replaced by new Management due to elections of Society Administration in September this year.....I humbly request all the respected Experts to please guide me in detail so that I would make final decision.....
