170 On Middle Cutting Average will next mile stone with in this, This is manta to DHA Lovers when they see beautiful new design villas in new phase they Forget previous Phases, DHA phase 5 was bad location for 7 years but once 1000 Houses made people forgot Phase 4 and old phases of DHA.

But 2 Factors need to be concentrated Phase 6,7,8 are connected directly
DHA phase 6 Have to inch up to accommodate more gains in 7 which is actually happening.

Any delay in DHA phase 8 hand over will further fuel the situation. I will Visit Phase 8 Block by Block Next Month and update people about hand over situation, As per my Visit in Jan 2016, I was not expecting any hand over in one year, I think DHA phase 8 will be available for hand over between end of 2017 and possession in phases will continue next 2 years.

Jameel sb , it may sound like a conspiracy but I feel that DHA does not want to give possession of phase 8 deliberately so that phase 7 can flourish. If they give posseaion of phase 8 , phase 7 will becomee 2nd priority.

Kurashi, I am not sure about that, But if You see DHA phase 7 Ballot was in 2006, Hanover started started at end of 7 ys and 9 months and this year 80% Old Planned phase 7 is delivered [ I am not counting new Cuttings as these were started 5 ys back] DHA phase 6 also waited 8 years, I am not very sure about phase 5 but not less than 7 years, In that case 70% DHA 8 should be handed over till March 2018, looking at performance of Phase 6 and 7 that is right time [DHA phase 8 was balloted in April 2010]
