Coming to Low Budget Options Z Block is still under price, visit the Hadira Drain at that point it is just rain/ storm water drainage at this point does not contain sewage [track it backward no population] don’t Confuse it with WAPDA Town Darin which is taking 2/3 sewage from all Lahore . Any Plot 200 meter away will be OK and you will never have smell issue. Price still 100
Plots in T,U,X and Y facing storm water darin are absolutely OK, again it will mostly remain dry and will be covered but visit the areas before purchase. Price still 100 very good if you want to make home and you are convinced.
Q Block Lowest Cutting is as Good as T Block Parallel to it , No Village no bad features Price is 20 Lac Cheaper than T Block budget 125,
Q Block Middle Cutting between 70 feet road and 150 Feet Road Containing CCA1, almost equally good as S Block Price 20 lac Cheaper, If You love taking "small risk" try to get a plot in last 2 Lines towards Barki Road, price is 100, Zero Chance of losing but if that side is taken by DHA this will be 150 Overnight
Similarly plots Near Unplanned area in V and W Block are worth Considering , For 10 years there is No encroachment in this area and sooner or later you may hear this area is taken by DHA , plot here is 115, it will also Give you jump of 50 lac but if Not taken you will not Lose.
Other wise you can buy average location in middle phase 7 in 150 still it will continue growing.
