I apologize for asking question not directly related to property. I am a pensioner and have plot worth 5 million in DHA Lahore. Due to problems with fulfilling monthly expenses I am planning to sell my plot and invest it where i can get monthly income. Due to lot of hustle & inconvenience involved in Saving centre thinking of options like Apna microfinance or Finca banks. Will be obliged for your valuable experience sharing & advice.

These all banks offer riba and its haram, Buy a house and get rental income, u can find house or flat in cheap societies.

5 Marla old house can be purchased in that budget to get rental income of about 25-30 thousand per month.

Don't put ur money in the bank it will devalue very quickly and getting interest is haram too. But at the end of the day choice will be yours.

Dear Mr. Murrad, mutual funds can be a good option...I invested rs.1.1 million in NAFA associated with NBP...they are paying better than NSS...and profit/principal is withdrawable using ATM...

You can buy 5 acre land close to Changa Manga Jungle with this budget. You can find land under ex-army office title that will be secure to transfer. You can producr different kind of vegetables and earn average 5M per year. You can add more income if buy two pickups vans and start delivery to vegetables shops in any area of Lahore. You can also buy barren land, but you will get more area in less price. Then import coco soil from Sri Lanka and build terraces and water recycling system. Now your infrastructure is ready to grow any vegetables, I would recomend you tomattos and this method can yield 450t per acre. And if you import different types of seeds from West and produce different shape of tomottos then you can export directly to world 4 to 5 start resturants @ 200 RS per KG.

I appreciate your input here and now a days I am planning to buy a barren land as well to grow seedless lemon and other type of citrus, but you have given a different idea and it inclined me toward this idea to bring soil from Sri Lanka

I would like to talk you on this to get better understanding on whole idea and cost, where are you based in? please let me know how we can tie up to meet or to talk?

You can purchase in this amount two offices in empress tower and save 5-8 lacs commercial rent there is 13K per month.

In this manner you will get 26k monthly and you will be free to do some light job as well. also your commercial office property will gromw.

These offices in from of Shimla pahari and still under prices.
you should look for 290 to 330 sq ft office
