Dear Sir, Things will not be finalized before 1st July, If you get plot transferred on or after 1 July, all legal societies will let you sign a letter that I will pay Tax as per news Rules which are pending this is called " Letter of Undertaking", At that date you will pay are per old regulations. Later say on 1st august they finalize how much is implemented [after some debate] You will get a letter from you cooperative society or DHA that your transection dated 7th July or So Needs following payment dues Like, DC rate was revised so pay this Much more as stamp/CVT/advanced income tax any other additional Tax.
You will pay and that will be kept in your file. If You don't pay you keep getting letters, some fine may be implemented after 30th Sept and for any other action like possession sale etc you may have to clear hefty dues.
So far no new Tax on Buyer, Only in Plan is to implement Gain tax or evaluation of Plot by private 3rd Party at time of Purchase then you will pay CVT/Stamp and advanced income tax not as DC rate but as per market value [The last is least likely and if imposed will take time] |
