Abdul Nasir,

It should be around 125 and 3 to 5 month time should reach your target. This can be earlier if development started in A and got visible earlier.
Lets see what LRE gives assessment.

3-5 months prism correction is expected around hajj when all expats go back....140 ppl have on ground possession plots available why would someone invest in prism in correcting market

CMY has in his audios many time highlighted that prism is heading for correction as on ground there would be nothing in next 5 years

lets not misguide ppl, any smart investor has already exited prism for a solid on ground possession plot

@ User 16407 let see what happned in next 3 to 5 months.
"In shaa ALLAH" PRISM will boost again in comming months.
As only few good location are present in the market like my friend Abdul Nasir.
So they are still selling & selling & selling.
Nasir bhai hold it as much as your can to gain more on your top location in A block.

DHA Town that is with possession and better location then prisim has no price increase in last 1 year, please check
