Aoa . kindly confirm the expected price hike in DHA Peshawar by year end . Dealers in Peshawar say 75 but that looks too much exaggeration . Army officials in Peshawar say it is better than DHA Multan , Guj and Bwp . Rest Allah knows better

I agree it will have better prospects as compared to DHA Mul BWP and Guj. But DHA multan will not be far behind.
Can you tell what are the current prices in DHA peshawar? How much rise they have seen in past 6 months? |

Rana You are right for the investors who will transfer the properties in their names and intend to hold long, They should be cautions reconsider buying inflated properties and try to understand their correct worth by price comparisons. Don't estimate the gained based on last few months performance.
For those who are doing short term biana type of business or File trading, the short term trend will be higher they can continue investing even at this level but they need to know how to exit out of "Running train". |
