I have a one kanal plot in DHA EME that I bought few years back for building a house. Now I do not need to build the house for another few years and I guess plot is valued around 22 million. Do you suggest to sell it and buy alternate plot/plots where I can build the house in 3-4 years and also make some monies? If yes what areas you suggest? Phase 8? Bahria Golf View Resendentia?? Any other? Ideally I would look for blue chip place and safe investment. Highly appreciate your detailed comments

Go for 2 1kanal plots in Prism.

You better sell the Plot In EME and buy in Prism after few months, But you need to hold for long term for gain. At this time demands are still high but market is extremely dull.

@Jameel Mughal sb, Your recommendation is moving from Phase7/DHA town to Prism, are they become overpriced now.

Saleem sb. Buy 1 kanal on PRISM A block & the Other one in PRISM H block.

Dear Asif, DHA 7 have gained 30,40 Lac, And Prism is still high but as per 3 dealers with whom I am in touch that there is pin drop Silence in prism market, no Buyers at these rates in prism. So, i am expecting some correction in prism in 2, 3 Months. By that time DHA 7 will touch 170 average Location. That is why I advised him to see trend and if can buy 2 Plot in 90+20 each on good locations, Good gain is expected near possession of These Plots.
I am myself investor in prism but my entry point was 25 for 5 M.
