Habib i may be wrong but this is what is on land record site for dairy farm land. How was Punjab govt asking for more than market price, please explain the role of Punjab govt.

I Think it is By mistake Owner is Soobai Hakoomat as per My Info, How the Federal Govt can have Land Here.

Pls also Check for DHA phase 8 Proper and Phase 7 is this Land Showing under DHA property or Fedral Govt?, How DHA can be Federal Govt?
This Land is on 99 ys Lease from Govt of Punjab to Army roughly 40 ys Passed and 59 remaining

I did not say Dha but federal govt - ministry of defence for military farm. Phases are under Dha name but I suspect in this scenario would be easier for Dha to deal with MoD

I think we are overestimating DHA, it is merely a Cooperative Society and registered under Cooperative act 1975, This was their introduction on Fist Page on the Website. Two years back They changed the wordings to “Nationally recognized corporate”
The land is a lease between the army and Govt of Punjab.
