what is the worst case scenario if someone purchases it's file?

Refund? Never Happened Before up to my knowledge,
I was quite Optimistic till DHA Launched case in NAB and stopped transfers,
Then It Looked that mess was beyond their Expectation.

If money recovered then will not be refund but you will get plot and will be good deal in other way long wait and stress

Globaco have given the option to DHA to take over the project and they will develop and deliver [which I doubt] , But DHA did Not agree why?? I don't think DHA will win or get money it was a deal, and if Globco have sold land worth 2 Billion to EME for 10 Billion, there must be a lot of kickbacks here and there,
Even a 5 Merla Buyer Checks prices here and there to know what is worth , it is Impossible that EME did not Know.
