I've noticed that most property experts mostly recommend people to buy DHA Multan & DHA Bahawalpur.
My question is, why DHA Gujranwala not mostly recommended?
Also, any idea when DHA Gujranwal development will start, or even gate & main road construction will start?

DHA Gujr. has gained almost 7 lacs in 1 months. Experts any idea where you see it after 6-12 months and then after 3-5 years? |

DHA Multan and BWP are comparatively new projects but their have more developments in them as compared to Guj thats why everyone talks about BWP and Mul. Moreover, Multan and BWP are bigger cities and their target market is whole of southern punjab.
In comparison Gujranwala target market is only Gujranwala residents. That too will prefer to move to Lahore. This is my understanding. There might be other factors as well. |
