Bahria town has announced 2nd balloting of bahria town files for unballoted files, OWN on balloted town files are about 1 - 30 Lacs higher than than unballoted files, unballoted file is around 40 LACS,if any body here has experience in bahria town karachi kindly tell if it is worth to take the risk and how is the investment.

Dear sheikh, just see What is "own" on average Location only then question can be answered, If on on average Location is Minimal then Better to buy in resale, On higher end one can ask exceptional own on some good Location, and may be these locations will not be sold in years on that much own because these are only demands. |

Make sure file u are purchasing will be includ in baloting. There is no 100 percent fair baloting in btk. Its good to buy if u got gud location u can sale on higher price if not get good location u can sale plot on same rate.no high risk. If u have money go for it. |
