What will be the impect of 9 town after E block development
What will be the future of commercial 4 marla and residensial 1 k or 2 k .

Ali 333,
DHA Town E Block is best of best of "Prism"
Its Commercial are too Good Located and 1 cror Cheaper than Phase 6, Though commercial price is trend based but it is ite Logical
Its Kanal price will determine How Much Prism Kanal can Fly,that is Only question in my mind. Better access and near DHA office
CMY recommended it in his audio, If You are holding hold and Don't sell if you buying Buy it is not as inflated as prism.
Just Like DHa Phase 7 it will also Correct its price
