Dear Ahmed it is Not possible, as You can easily reach Nawaz Sherif Interchange, Other issue is on other side of Phase 5 there are plots and Built Houses so even if Lahore ring Rad Authority allows there is no provision of accept road on that side.

it is very much possible.Dha Administration will build underpass when prism main roads will take visible shape in next 12 to 15 months. Dha has shown it in Map another underpass is planned between phase 6 and 9 town at bedian road believe it not up to you

Dear Phase 5 Underpass, it is just dealer's jargon, It is Not possible, Yes You can make Pedestrian passageway, But even 2 lane road is not possible.
Once I was Looking for Plot in M Block 4 ys back, I surveyed area on Other side of Phase 5 very carefully.

DHA Town and phase 6 Underpass is possible but first DHA need to take 1/2 KM areas on the Bedian road, DHA Phase 6 Boundary at that point is 1/2 KM away from Bedian road.

Agreed with Mr. Jameel (have seen the areas in person as well) to have Bedian road underpass DHA will have to first clear the 1/2 KM land which is pending for over 10 years. Apparently not possible.
