i think it is better to invest in gujranwala industrial estate 4 as rate are just 14 lac per kanal and possibly sialkot lahore motorway is passing through it. |

it is just 4 km from gujranwala bypass back to the mega factory master tiles and sanitary fitting and currently on the route of lahore sialkot road which is highly to be converted in motorway.balloting is about to held in coming 2 months.i think very safe and highly rewarding investment.rest Allah knows better. |

you can check from their office about the other details but for your information the rates of gujranwala estates are as follows estate no 1 (1 crore per kanal). estate 2 (80 to 100lacs per kanal). estate no 3 (40 to 60 lacs per kanal). |
