Dear LRE Assessment of Plot
I have plot A-152 Phase 6, DHA LAhore. I would request assessment but if you have physically seen its location. In map it has Commercial in fron of it. But I visited this on 25th June, I saw a green belt in front of plot and thereafter parking area. What I want to say commercial is little far from the plot. Peaople called it facing commerical, but I say its not commecial facing. Your obeservation is of great importance for me. Please assess and define it.

To me it is nice location but will always be 10% less in Price than average A Block Plot, You must have Bought it 10 % Cheaper too?
Samll units in this plot can yield very good rent, People prefer living and renting such houses bt Plot Market value is less.
This is market perception but a home maker may like and give you good price. |
