DHA Multan File is not showing its "Current" and Stuck at 41 Lac level even Eid is coming near

When it rallied from 33 to 40, Many thought it will cross 50 Before Eid, Can some one shed light on that how is supply?

Can someone tell what is OWN on Bahawalpur Booking as it can help DHA Multan

I agree that DHA Peshawar will have better prospects as compared To Multan. However DH Multan is better than BWP and Guj. There is lot of room to grow for Multan. It will grow slow n steady.

Till then all the security issues are not solved in Fata and waziristan. Dha Peshawer is bit risky till then.

Peshawar property Business is based on lot of Overseas investor, almost one member of each house is abroad [usually in GCC] that is why Hayatabad and DHA Peshawar rates are understandable.

DHA has many Projects in Punjab DHA Lahore, DHA EME, Bahawalpur, Multan and Gujranwala. But DHA Peshawar is the only DHA Project for the whole KPK Province. More demand, lesser supply is another reason of huge growth and brighter future of DHA Peshwar. None is willing to sell their 10M files, quite a few 1K files are in the market, that too with higher tags
