Dear Lahore Real Estate Team and Forum Friends,
I own a house in Askari and want to transfer it to my son. I don't know the process / procedure.
I would appreciate your advice on how to transfer and who much will be the expenses.

salam, every askari has its management office in each colony, u may like to ask them the procedure. They have set of rules and regulations etc. |

Dear ZM. 1st you will apply for NOC from Askari Housing. It takes 2 to 4 weeks. Then you will be able to transfer it to your son. you must have GLR of the house before this process. |
