2- If must, how to be filer?
3- Once filer, how to show Govt during plot purchase that I am filer and claim my benefits as filer?
Thank you all. I'm very upset coz dont know abt it.

Can As nation we also think about homeless population. The current hype a common man can't build their sweet home even 3 marla with his whole life saving. Investment should in industry and agricultural sector. So more jobs may create and as nation we may develop. say it's ok for a common person? No not at all |

Wow amazing to see the replays of mafia ppl!! making it a PTI/PMLN issue as usual to avoid taxes and keep making millions! best move by far by the government... it will actually help middle class and tax rich investors/mafias! property prices expected to come down by 50-60% in area like DHA where black money has been parked for last 7-8 years. |

50-60% ? These prices are nothing my dear. Property in Lahore are still very reasonable. People still buy expensive property in good locations. Good locations are not meant for us. Being a middle class, dream of having money. Not wishing that property comes down 50-60%. Search Islamabad's property rates. You will get the idea how expensive people buy. |
