Hi,
I have paid the following taxes when I bought the 1 Kanal plot in phase 7 last year.
CVT= 80000
Stamp Duty= 120000
Adv Tax= 80000
Could anyone explain how much taxes I need to pay if I buy the 1 kanal plot in phase 7 now as per the new Tax rates. I found myself on Active taxpayer list also.

Total Tax will reach about 2+3+4=9% of new DC Rate or non Filers,add DHA Transfer, membership fees and Commission about 1.25 Lac More than previous |
