At the time of transfer why Bahria Town keeps all original documents and only give a single page "Transfer Intimation Letter" to buyer who paid lets say 5 million? How safe it is for long term investment and can we get copies of all documents from Bahria Town for our record?
Also please advise what impact would be of new Taxes on Bahria Town files? :h :h :h

@Ali please clarify, you received "Transfer Intimation Letter" but after few weeks you will receive allotment letter by showing this letter and other ID proof? Is it? |
