On Property discussion w.r.t DHA Multan , it would not be launched soon because DHA is trying its level best to promote DHA Bwp . I personally heard from a very senior official in DHA Lahore that DHA would have been far better if they had launched DHA in Dera Ghazi Khan or Sargodha instead of Bahawalpur . Moreover , officers from 96th LC onwards till 102nd LC are to be allocated plots now in DHA . None of the officers I know are interested in Multan or Bwp or even Guj . Its just hype . Note my words and todays date and see 6 months from now on . Multan will maximum touch 46 and Bwp with all DHA backup and artificial hype will go 38 max .

Brother Arif M : DHA Multan and DHA Bwp are just 60 km apart . There was technically no need of a DHA so near to Multan . Yes Multan is good but if Multan is launched then Bwp sinks ..This is what DHA does not want . In current context of new DHAs , DHA Peshawar is the only DHA that will rise appreciably . Please check with army officers DHA Peshawar is miles ahead of Multan , Bwp and Guj . . Yes the 2nd best option is Multan . Regards |

Like always Rana saab promoting DHA Peshawar since he has invested in it and spreading false news about other DHA's.FYI Army has already alloted plots to officers in DHA Bahawalpur.its not artificial hype and DHA is not backing up anything.Its just that first time ever any DHA has opened its transfer offices in other cities thats the reason of rapid price gain in Bahawalpur. Uptill now only Lahore office is opened. Karachi and Islamabad offices opening soon.People are not selling their files. They r mostly short.Its simple either buy a 5 marla plot for 35+ In Lahore or get a kanal plot in DHA Bahawalpur. Price is already rising in DHA Bahawalpur at a steady pace and as soon as the Karachi and Islamabad offices are operational it will rise very quickly. Official price of 2 kanal plot in DHA Bahawalpur is 90 lacs. It means 1 kanal price is 45 lacs. I think Rana saab missed the train.lol.Peace. As an overseas Pakistani i would love to invest in DHA Lahore and Multan and Bahawalpur are chapters of DHA Lahore.They have always delivered.i would not like to invest in Peshawar.BTW this site is also about Lahore real estate not Peshawar. |

@Rana_Australia I am pretty sure you have never traveled from Multan to BWP - nor do you have any idea about locations of DHA MUL+BWP. The Distance between the two is 110+ km. DHA BWP may have come as a surprise but Multan needed an organised society strongly. Just 4 km from DHA-Multan site - one can't find 1K plots around 120 lac in Wapda town - Buch VIllas has Crossed 100 + lac in phase 1 too. An underdeveloped society of Royal Orchard is offereing 1K plots at 90+ now-a-days on remaining 2 years installments. If at present - DHA Multan was developed it would have crossed Wapda town easily. DHA Multan rate depends on how fast they develop it. |

@BK you might be right .Infact I did sell 5 files of DHA Multan recently at 39 each through LRE .I also purchased through them at 32 each . Wapda Town maximum is 150 lac in Multan which is a bench mark . Check prices in Hyatabad which is bench mark for DHA Peshawar .Minimum price is 225 lacs upto 325 lacs . So which DHA is winner in long run . Just think ??? |

Dha Peshawar is one of its kind beacuse its a walled community and I think the wall has started to build and security will be tighter like Askri 10 lahore,moreover, it has acquired the land and it will grow in next 2 years. |

@Rana_Australia wapda town phase 1 A block is 200+ for kanal avg. Good plots are 240+ 10 marla is available for 120+ There at dead ends in Multan wapda town. And it is v ill planned, DHA is definitely going to have premium Phase 2 wapda town is 150+ Peshawar is no doubt a very good project. I am not comparing it with Multan, there's already an Own of 12-15 lac and it is going to be great. |

If one invest in Peshawar main question how can you sell it , if you go to Peshawar for selling after paying you money they probably will kidnap you and take to wazirostan, then you have to pay double of the amount you took as a ransom and then they will release you. Peshawar is not like open market for everyone, it is for the people who are local and know the area or local people. And I am not joking it does happened in past several times. As big gains might some one could get also the big risk for investor aswell and the risk is not just the money the risk of life is involved. Even if some one say Peshawar will go Upto 5 crore a I will still not be interested as I love my family and want to stay with them. Just a thought |
