Lots of pamphlets are being spread. Some for personal advertisement and some might be true. Please shed some light on this issue because once the mind is clear , one can make decision of sale and purchase freely. :h

From CMY audio, This is very much clear that If one buy a plot in 100 & sell in 110, he will paying 10% on 10 lac profit only. But if he won't show actual selling price then ones white money will become black money automatically. No one wants to do this. But this will also reveal other end buying cost. This is the main purpose of this excercise. Now FBR will ask to buyer source of money. Actually FBR doesn't want to kill real estate industry, they are only behind black money makers. That will effect market |

All orders are usually from 1st July, unless there is some notification by Government |
