DEAR SIR, I have heard a lot about Audit & Accounts Society Phase ll, it is also in news that the plots are very cheap at present but it will be increased rapidly due to ring road which is passing through rhe society. Kindly advise wether it is advisable to invest here?

Is it LDA approved? Till 2013 it wasn't. Also make sure that it is being investigated by NAB.

AliAwan(R) I want to know about the status of development work at A&A Ph2 . Under present circumstances price escalation is phenominal. Could u elaborate reasons behind this rise?

Iftikhar Sb, the reasons are quite obvious:

1. Passing of Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop through Society.
2. Flyover at Kachha over the railway line.
3. Near Completion of Widening of Defense Road and Kahna to Kacha Road
4. Completion and Road from Audit and Accounts Ph-2 to Raiwind along railway line through Halloki Interchange of Ring Road.

Shahid please get your facts right. This is not approved by LDA but from district counsel as it was before time of LDA approval was needed. Agree with your point of poor and haulted development but i visited the site a few days ago and saw with my own eyes what i wrote.
As per your point of fruads, yes there were some back in 90's where double bookinh was done in Phase 1 but that has been resolved many years ago. Now you have to do biometrics and all latest things for transfer (as i have been through that). So please do not defame people without any proof. As per your point of phase 1 G block as per my knowledge it was refunded back to people as that project never started.

Referring to LDA website. Only LDA can approve societies. No other body has right to approve.

The issues relating to poor development carry some weight, but current rapid developments around Audit & Accounts Phase 2 are making the real difference, especially the Lahore Ring Road has turned around the situation.

Whatever the case is, I know for sure that the prices in Audit and Accounts Phase 2 are increasing rapidly, and will also continue to increase rapidly at least until the completion of Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop.

So its an opportunity of investors, rather than the people who actually want to build a house.

Dear All

I have question?, as ring road will be passing trough Audit and accounts phase 2 will the plots get effected from the construction and what will be the new map if any?

Also can anyone mark on the map from where ring road will pass as i see 60 feet main road as per maps?.
