Dear Forum Friends,
I am in the UAE and wanted to send money from the UAE for the application for participation in the ballot. The bank information given on DHA Bahawalpur website gives account number, Swift code and IBAN number. Once I took this information to money exchange in the UAE they wanted branch code or name. I have tried calling their phone number + but cannot connect to it.
Your assistance in this regards will be highly appreciated.

you can check online

and better to call on any branch to confirm if they are accepting these forms.

Call at . IBAN numbers are given. You don't need branch code. Much easier way visit UBL branch in Dubai. They can transfer easily. Only apply in 2K plots. |

AHMAD HASSAN Sb. , any specific reason , that you have advised to apply for ONLY 2 K plot? why not 4 M Commercial? |

Is possible to pay online from our Pakistani bank and send the transaction reference along with scanned copy to DHA Bahawalpur?

DHA Bahawalpur needs receipt mentioned swift code. Internet receipt will not be accepted, as per my information. Commercial plots are very very very less in nos. Very rare chance that one can get, hence 2 kanal plots will more and more chances of success. Also front of 2 kanal plots will be canal and parks view which will give very good profit margin as compared to commercial. So try where one has more chances of success. |

I will be grateful if you could tell me that even when the market is slow and there are so much taxes,will it be a prudent step to go for Dha bhawalpur ballot.I mean if some lucky one gets a plot in the ballot and he wants to get some profit ,will it be that easy after all those new taxes have been injected |

Today I saw advertisement on TV. That is clear sign of not too many applicants. They didn't advertise 10 Marla & 1 Kanal plots. Now need to see if they extend application submission date or no. If they do then clear sign of market collapse. |
