Yeah it is kanal plot. such samosa plots hard to predict. hard to sell even at 10 marla plot.

Lahore real estate, its very un ethical way to reply to someone who request u for evaluation. it is not good to hit directly but you could say only its market worth is only 75 instead saying samosa plots. what a joke. |

Dear Asif, there is nothing 'unethical' or even offensive or wrong in stating the direct and true status of any plot by any one here on this forum. Its just a piece of land, and if it was mine I'll gladly accept the 'reality' rather than fancy foggy picture. Codes of ethic stems from Truth. |

Dear Asif, Nothing wrong or "unethical" here to tell the truth instead of painting an appeasing but otherwise deluded story. Its a certain and specific piece of land and has values per its size and location. If it was mine I'll be thankful to the opinion and happy to know the real worth and status in the market. Codes of ethics spring from Truth. |

Plz use proper name to reply this ads were published by https://www.lahorerealesate.com/ads/index.php?command=searchnamepostsandcomments&searchstr=Muhammad%20Kashif. But ur reply is with different name I don't think so ur the owner.
I strongly believe it is unethical behavior because ur posing bad views on somebody investment. It's only to use different setup of words for example " your plot has wrong dimensions which is not standard to build a proper house" also the owner knows what is their investment.
Don't want to keep posting and don't have time . If these are your ethics then God bless u my dear. It was just a option and nothing more than that. |
