If real-estate is target then Invest in underpriced options only. Preferably on ground. Do full research before taking decision. Better hold your investment for few weeks and let the market take clear direction after new taxes. |

Dear Khalid Azad®, why it is not right time for new investment in property business. Is it only due to new tax policy or some other factors also hindering new investment in property ? Please elaborate your point of view. |

currently Market is very slow (waiting for govt to undo recent CGT/fair property evaluation by SBP agents and its side effects) because after these taxes, investors profit margin would be much reduced. Just wait till final decision by govt comes (they are already in talk with stakeholders) |
