I think it is just a false dream to think about price down until anybody is in intense need of money.prices are stable and will appreciate as the market runs once again after meeting on Monday.Something positive is expected and market will run at last.At present no sale purchase through out the country,how can you say prices down 20% etc.It is false statement,in fact , nobody is ready to sell his property at this stage. |
